Role Description

The role of Vehicle Administrator is responsible for acting as the support function to both the sales and buying departments, ensuring all vehicles are correctly processed when entering and leaving the dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To invoice used cars, preparing appropriate company handover packs;
  • Administrating our funding system
  • Collating and reconciling the daily banking
  • Set up warranties for approved and non-approved cars;
  • Pushing lines for vehicle preparation
  • Check and maintain reports
  • Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks;
  • General support to the sales team
  • Any other duties as instructed by management

Person Specification

  • Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc):
  • Previous experience within a Vehicle Administrator role or mototrade (essential) 
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload;
  • Friendly expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn;

Schedule: Mon - Fri 37.5hr contract, working between the hours of 08:30am and 17:00pm
