Role Description:

This role will be responsible for liaising with the Sales team with regards to sales leads via website, social media and direct contact.

You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, providing them information with regards to their enquiry

To communicate with the Sales team with a view to process from enquiry to sale.

Commission will be earned through deals based on booked appointments.

Person Specification:

Able to work as part of a close team

Confident dealing with vehicle reservations, finance proposals and part-exchange evaluations

Professional appearance and attitude

Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills

Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative

Ability to work well under pressure

Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicles

 

Hours: 45hrs per week

Monday to Friday (8 - 5.30pm) including 1 late shift per week (12-9pm)

Alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with 1 day off in the week, each week.
