Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 -18:00 and 2 in 4 weekends 08:00 – 13:00

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Workshop Administrator to support our workshop operations and ensure efficiency in our aftersales processes.
The Role
As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the aftersales and workshop teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for coordinating workshop activities, managing administration, and maintaining excellent customer communication. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Workshop Administration: Manage job cards, schedule work, and maintain accurate records.
· Customer Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
· Invoice Processing: Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
· Stock and Procurement Support: Assist in managing workshop supplies and liaising with suppliers when necessary.
· Scheduling and Planning: Support the planning of workloads for both stock and sold vehicles.
· Compliance and Safety: Maintain health and safety records and ensure workshop compliance with regulations.
· Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve workshop efficiency.
· General Support: Carry out any additional duties as instructed by your manager, within reason.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in workshop administration or a similar administrative role.
· A background in working with fleet management is desirable but not essential.
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
