Sales Executive

The role of the sales executive is to be on the shop floor, providing a first-class sales experience for customers in order to maximise profitability for the business.  This role is to represent the business to the highest level for every customer to interact with.

Hours: 45hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm.

This role will be the last point of contact with our customers as they collect their new vehicles.  This role will require you to be an expert in every vehicle sold as you will be called upon to ensure that the customer is familiar with their new vehicle, prior to driving it away. 

Hours: 45hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm.

Vehicle Technician

This role will be responsible for completing detailed full vehicle assessments, reporting visual defects and repairing vehicles to the highest standard.  You will play a pivotal role in the customer service process, ensuring all our vehicles are handed over to the highest standard.

Hours: 45hrs per week 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternative Saturdays 8am to 1pm.

This role will be responsible for producing high quality work, ensuring all our alloy wheels are refurbished and presented to the highest standard.  You must be able to work under pressure, using your own initiative and able to work alone, producing a high volume of wheels per week.

Hours: 42.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm).

Pricing Data Analyst

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked within the motor industry, within either a buying role or similar analyst role and possess pre-existing knowledge of market prices, changes to prices, different car specs. The ideal candidate will have the skills to develop an appropriate system for recording price data.

This role will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are kept at the top of all advertising boards, working closely with our Buying and Marketing team.  You will be responsible for making tweaks to pricing as and when the market changes. 

Hours: 40hrs per week (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday).

Hours: Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Hours: Full Time: 37.5hrs per week (M-F Shifts: 8am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm, midday to 8.30pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm) Weekends will be 1 x 3.

Finance Advisor (Forza Finance)

This role will be based within our inhouse brokerage, liaising with customers, working closely with colleagues and external sources to determine their needs and appropriate finance for them.

Hours: 45hrs per week (9am to 6pm) Monday to Friday, 1 x 3 Saturdays (9am to 6pm)

Person Specification:

  • SAF accredited;
  • Experience of proposals for loan decisions on a daily basis through a variety of means including credit scoring, credit history, affordability analysis;
  • Significant experience of administering or delivering a customer centered product or service;
  • Expert experience of working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially excel;

New Business Processor (Forza Finance)

This role will be responsible for handling proposals from dealer partners, building relationships with them and processing all relevant paperwork.
