Sales Executive

The role of the sales executive is to be on the shop floor, providing a first-class sales experience for customers in order to maximise profitability for the business.  This role is to represent the business to the highest level for every customer to interact with.

Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm)

Person Specification:

  • A current and valid driver’s licence
  • A minimum of one year’s sales experience in the motor industry
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership

Renewal Specialist

The role will be responsible for contacting customers on our database who have purchased from us previously, in order to create opportunities for repeat business.  You will need to be able to develop good rapport with customers over the phone whilst ensuring excellent customers service is given at all times.

Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm)

Handover Specialist

This role will be the last point of contact with our customers as they collect their new vehicles.  This role will require you to be an expert in every vehicle sold as you will be called upon to ensure that the customer is familiar with their new vehicle, prior to driving it away. 

Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm)

Person Specification:

  • full, clean uk driving licence;
  • ability to work under pressure, at a fast pace;
  • able to prioritise tasks and respond to ad-hoc requirements;
  • enthusiastic and friendly, with the ability to adjust to different customers;

Vehicle Technician

This role will be responsible for completing detailed full vehicle assessments, reporting visual defects and repairing vehicles to the highest standard.  You will play a pivotal role in the customer service process, ensuring all our vehicles are handed over to the highest standard.

Hours: 45hrs per week 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternative Saturdays 8am to 1pm

Person Specification:

  • Hold a NVQ L3 in motor vehicle repair or similar
  • Experience of working within a Vehicle Technician role
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components
  • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
  • Work as both part of a team and on own initiative
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Vehicle Valeter

Hours: 47.5hrs per week (Monday – Sunday, 8am to 9pm). Different shifts available, overtime also available

This role is responsible for providing a full valeting service for all customer upon purchasing their vehicles.  You must be able to work under pressure, within a fast paced environment and have a strong eye for detail to ensure all vehicles are finished to the highest standard. 

Person Specification:

  • Valeting experience;
  • Full UK Driving Licence;
  • Have a strong attention to detail and be safety conscious;
  • Friendly and approachable personal manner with integrity and loyalty;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately;

Retail Vehicle Technician

Hours: 45hrs per week 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternative Saturdays 8am to 1pm

This role will be responsible undertaking diagnostic work, vehicle repairs and procedures.  The ideal candidate will present with previous diagnostic experience and be able to work within a fast paced environment, able to resolve problems using ones own initiative.

Social Media Assistant

Hours: 40hrs per week (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)

This role will be responsible for liaising with all departments, especially Sales and Forza Finance to ensure our social media presence is of top priority.  You will work with a range of platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc), developing posts and creating content on a regular, daily basis.  We require someone who is able to work on their own initiative, presenting ideas to the Executive Team on the best way to develop our social media presence.

  • Proven experience as a social media assistant or other administrative role;
  • Knowledge and understanding in social media;
  • Possess exceptional written skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A creative flair in the generation of fun and original online content;
  • Hold a good standard of computer literacy including the use of PC’s, Macs, Microsoft work, etc;
  • Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan/prioritise short and long-term tasks effectively;

Wheel Technician

This role will be responsible for producing high quality work, ensuring all our alloy wheels are refurbished and presented to the highest standard.  You must be able to work under pressure, using your own initiative and able to work alone, producing a high volume of wheels per week.

Hours: 42.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm)


Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly experience Marketing & Social Media Manager who ideally possesses experience within the automotive industry.  The ideal candidate will present with a wealth of experience and knowledge of running successful marketing campaigns, promoting businesses and increasing followers on their social media platforms.  The candidate will also need to have strong leadership skills to manage a well-established team and empower them to push to marketing team forward.  

Hours: 40hrs per week (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Person Specification:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in marketing and social media
  • Experience with the automotive industry desirable

Pricing Data Analyst

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked within the motor industry, within either a buying role or similar analyst role and possess pre-existing knowledge of market prices, changes to prices, different car specs. The ideal candidate will have the skills to develop an appropriate system for recording price data.

This role will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are kept at the top of all advertising boards, working closely with our Buying and Marketing team.  You will be responsible for making tweaks to pricing as and when the market changes. 

Hours: 40hrs per week (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)


Studio Photographer (Photo Uploader)

Please be advised – this role is based in our studio which is partly outside in all weathers and will involve taking standard shots rather than creative shots of cars coming in for our website.

Hours: 52hrs per week (M-F, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturdays, 8.30am to 1.30pm)

This role will be responsible for ensuring each vehicle coming into the business is photographed and uploaded onto our website correctly, and efficiently. You will need to manage your day effectively, ensuring turn-around times are kept low.

Person Specification:

  • Valid and clean UK driving licence;
  • 1 year of experience in photography preferred;
  • Experience in digital and computer processing;
  • Basic computer software skills are preferred;
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time;
  • Ability to work in all weathers, and within cold temperatures during colder seasons;
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity;
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception;

Marketing Assistant

Hours: 40hrs per week (M-F, 9am to 6pm)​

This role will be responsible for assisting the Marketing team by undertaking day to day marketing tasks including maintaining the company website and supporting the Social Media Assistant in maintaining the company’s social media.  The ideal candidate will present previous marketing experience, a keen eye for detail and possess a keen interest in all aspects of marketing.

Person Specification:

  • A keen interest in marketing, with experience in a similar role
  • A keen interest in cars or automotive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience writing for online, print and social media communications

Service Advisor

Hours: 47hrs per week (M-F, 8am to 6pm with 1x3 Saturdays 8am to 1pm)

This role is responsible for initiating motor services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests.  You will be liaising with customers and colleagues with regards to purchases vehicles, and servicing needs.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor industry;
  • Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service;
  • Knowledge of the Motor industry, parts and service;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to communicate equally with mechanics, customers and senior management;
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)

Driver

This role will be responsible for working within a well-established team of drivers to ensure the smooth running of our delivery/collection service.   The successful applicant must hold a trailer licence (B&E licence). If the driving licence was obtained prior to 1997, this should form part of their driving licence. For anyone who obtained their DL after 1997, they will need to obtain the B&E licence separately and present proof.

Hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Overtime will be available

Role Description: You will be the point of contact for our customers both pre and post sale of their new vehicle, liaising with them regarding finance and insurance products on offer with the support of our business manager team.  This role will require you to possess Sales skills and hold knowledge of our F&I products on offer.

Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm and midday to 9pm, 1 x 2 Weekends (Sat 9am to 6pm, Sun 10am to 5pm).

Role Description: This role will be responsible for liaising with the Sales team with regards to sales leads via our website and email.  You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, providing them information with regards to their enquiry and able to communicate with the Sales team with a view to process from enquiry to sale.

Customer Support Specialist

Hours: 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm)

Role description:

This role is responsible for supporting the overall customer experience and resolving any customer queries in relation to their purchase following delivery.   you will liaise with customers with regards to their buying experience and overall satisfaction, ensuring every customer has received a high standard of customer service and offer any support required following their purchase.

  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, via email or chat;
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly;

Weekend Showroom Host

Hours: Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm

Role description: This role will work alongside our Reception team and be the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom.   The Host's role is to ensure all customer details are taken upon arrival, they are allocated a designated Sales Executive and to ensure our customers receive excellent customer service.
